Return Terms

The customer can unilaterally terminate the contract with Shopping Chic without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days (see Order 34/2014), only in writing and may return the product (s) in the same 14 day calendar .

Thus, the products bought on the site CHIC PARIS – BUCHAREST can be returned according to the law in the 14 calendar days following their reception by mail.
Before returning the product, you must notify by telephone or email (hello@chic-paris-bucarest.com) the intention to return a product / products.

The consumer has the right to inform the merchant in writing that he cancels the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product or, in the case of a service delivery, the conclusion of the contract.

The product will be returned in good conditions in the original bag or box, unused and undamaged. Otherwise, it can be sent back to the customer.
In addition, products with physical alterations, damage, stains, dents, scratches, shocks, etc. NOT accepted for return. You can return via any express courier (including the Romanian post office), but we recommend that you use the fast shipping services for a better return procedure. The returned products will be the responsibility of the customer.

The products can be returned without invoking any reason.

The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, the warranty certificate, as the case may be, and the completed return form online.

CHIC PARIS – BUCHAREST will refund the products within 14 days of receipt. Refunds do not include transportation costs.

Reimbursement of returned products will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form.

The return of products is subject to this law only for products delivered to customers by express / fast delivery.

The return of products which by their nature, including reasons of hygiene / public health, can not be returned, such as intimate underwear, swimsuits, socks and unsealed cosmetics, are not accepted. not acceptable.
